This pet-friendly home welcomes up to 2 dogs for a flat fee of $125 per stay, with approval for additional dogs available for an extra $100. A crib, pack 'n play, and baby bath are available on request. Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles and additional free street parking are available. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Parties and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited, and violations will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Underage drinking or drug use is strictly prohibited. Confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are not allowed. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
