Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Violations of house rules may result in fines or termination of the reservation without refund. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and a starter supply of essentials is provided. Guests are reminded that humidity and bugs are common in Florida. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should not exceed 4 per reservation, with up to 2 cars allowed in the driveway. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to remove shoes indoors and respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM and before 8 AM.
