Fees may apply. The home is conveniently located near Disney, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and other top attractions, with local shops, restaurants, and lively boulevards just a short drive away. Posner Park, featuring an IMAX movie theater and various stores, is just 10 minutes away.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests can choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is a self-catering property and does not refill supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The home is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation, with up to two cars allowed in the driveway. Additional street parking is available but not guaranteed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, keeping socializing outdoors to a minimum and noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Additional guidelines posted within the home must be followed. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
