Complimentary beach gear and towels are provided. The fenced-in backyard is pet-friendly. The saltwater pool is heated, but the pool heater is turned off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat.
Naples Park is conveniently located near world-class shopping and dining on 5th Avenue, and gorgeous white sand beaches. The roads are well-signed and easy to navigate by car or bicycle, with access to UBER and RideShare.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please ensure trash and recycling bins are placed at the street for pickup on Fridays and Tuesdays. Lights should be turned off when leaving the house, and the A/C should not be set below 72F. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Ceiling fans should be left on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use, load and run the dishwasher before checkout, and do not put anything that could cause clogs in the garbage disposal. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
