A private pool with loungers is available for your enjoyment. A free washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Pool and spa heating can be added for an additional $50 per day of stay with at least a week's notice. This is a self-catering home, and while a starter supply of toiletries and cleaning products is provided, guests are responsible for replenishing them.
Located within the Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, this villa provides easy access to community amenities such as parks, playgrounds, and recreational facilities. The resort's family-friendly atmosphere is complemented by its proximity to a variety of dining options, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks just outside the resort gates.
Please be mindful of the 25 MPH speed limit within the resort and watch for golf carts. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please be considerate of neighbors. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. While the property is professionally sprayed for pests, guests are advised to pack bug spray. A maximum of 16 guests are allowed at any given time. One house-trained dog is welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee and a security deposit of up to $150. The home is not baby-proofed. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are prohibited within the community. Please remove shoes indoors. No fireworks or firearms are permitted on the property. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
