Policy must list the Irois Forest Legacy Holdings, LLC as an "additional insured." Proof required before move-in and at renewal. Utilities & Services Tenant responsible for all utilities: electricity, gas, water/sewer, trash, internet/cable. Landlord covers none. Property Policies Smoking: Not allowed inside the home or garage Parking: Driveway (up to 4 vehicles).
