Our location on Ramey Mountain is a perfect winter location. It's easy enough to drive, paved roads, to the marinas across the way. Take the short drive to Bell Mountain for a majestic view! Play golf or head to Helen, Dahlonega or Blue Ridge. Take in any of the trails and waterfalls so abundant in the nearby Appalachian mountains. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are all closeby in Hiawassee and Blairsville. Wherever you go, you'll come home to a beautiful indoor sunroom or wrap around decks that boast a Blue Ridge Mountain view! Cozy into the main living room with a gas fireplace crackling, and look down on the lights, trees and sunset of the front yard or head to lower deck for games and a view!

You'll find everything you need for cooking, baking, and BBQing. You'll find both a one-cup Keurig and a traditional drip coffee maker. Crockpot, Instant Fryer, various glassware, kid's dishware. blender, teapot, and more. Starter coffee pods and condiments are supplied. Extra refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, oven Farm style dining area with chairs and bench, seasonal table linens.
Living Room:
Comfortable reclining chair sofas in leather. 55" smart TV. Gas fireplace with easy remote. Games and Books. Yoga stretch area off to the side. Balcony deck.
Sunroom:
While almost every room has a view, this one stretches the length of the home. It's a guest favorite. It's an area to gather or cuddle with a book in one of the cozy chairs. Comfortable futon couch.
Master Bedroom:
Large master King Size Bed and walk-in closet and dresser. Ceiling fan with lights. Quality linens and comforters make it difficult to get up in the morning, but wonderful to go to bed. Attached Full Bath. Mountain views. Smart TV.
Master Bath:
Full bath, two sinks, jacuzzi tub, windows to the forest.
Guest Bedroom:
Roomy with closet and dresser. Ceiling fan with light. A guest full bath is located directly next to it.
Guest Bedroom down:
has a spacious room, closet, and dresser. Ceiling fan with light. Full bath adjacent.
Full-size washer and dryer with starter supplies/laundry detergent.
Guest Bedroom down:
Twin beds, comfy linens, closet, ceiling fan with lights, adjacent to full bath.
Indoor Game Room:
Professional-size ping-pong table, pub table, fun atmosphere, and games. Outside games include a dart board, skee ball, and corn hole. The game room opens to the lower deck with a picnic table, smoker/grill, and amazing mountain views. *NOTE THAT THE GAME ROOM AND OUTDOOR AREAS ARE NOT CHILD-INFANT PROOFED AND CHILDREN SHOULD BE SUPERVISED.
PICKLE BALL: Paddles, balls, and a bag are provided for you to play at the beautiful Hiawassee pickleball courts on Lake Chatuge two miles away!
Outside areas:
Various decks all with stunning views. Swinging bench with a view, each upper and lower deck has seating and tables to dine, all with a view and outdoor lighting. The bottom BBQ deck has a smoker, the upstairs deck has another grill closer to the kitchen. The firepit is below and easy access to. The upper driveway area is great for cornhole. Towels and picnic basket with amenities for your outdoor picnic or beach/lake day.
