Large House For Rent in the North Bottoms: This is one of the larger houses on New Hampshire Street.… We have recently renovated it into a 6 bedroom, 3 bath house intended to accommodate UNL City Campus college students. The North Bottoms is the closest neighborhood with mostly Single Family Homes to City Campus. I'm looking for a mature group of students that would like to live off campus but still within walking distance. My current leases are up end of this month so I'm anxious to fill it again for the 2026-2027 school year. The house has a fenced in back yard a detached garage for storage, a full (or 3/4) bathroom on each of the 3 levels, spacious laundry room, 6 off street parking stalls, and a huge newly renovated kitchen and walk-in pantry.
