We require a one-year lease. Tenant is responsible for electricity with service from SDGE, WiFi, and a $50 per tenant per month water fee for usage. Trash to be provided and home provided with (1) refuse, (1) recycling - landlord pays for trash fee, but resident is responsible for bringing the bins out and collecting them on and after trash day. We accept pets with a $300 pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent fee. One parking spot can be reserved for $75 a month or we have a tandem spot that can be reserved for (2) cars at $150 monthly fee. No smokers. We require a 650 credit score from each adult applicant, 2.5x gross income, and (2) rental references are preferred, (1) is required.
