We have a spacious, harmonious and friendly household located in a safe, quiet cul-de-sac in Linda Vista.… Just a 10-20 minute drive to key locations including Mission Valley, Downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Bay, and the San Diego Airport. One of our roommates is moving out with their partner, so we're looking for a like-minded person to join our home from August 1st/Mid-August. We enjoy a healthy balance of personal space, with the occasional BBQ or dinner together. About Us: We are all working professionals easygoing, respectful, tidy, and grounded in kindness and good values. We appreciate a clean, calm living space and are seeking someone who shares the same lifestyle. Details: Rent: $950/month for single occupancy room located on the first floor. Rent includes high-speed Wifi & utilities & in home laundry. Room is approximately 10 x 9 sq ft with carpeted flooring, and comes unfurnished. You'll have full access to the rest of the home and plenty of storage space in the garage, with a backyard for lounging. All bedrooms and the living room feature AC and ceiling fans. Deposit: One month's rent (refundable if no damage). Parking: Plenty of street parking available Environment: No smoking, no loud music, no drugs/substances.
