This cabin features a comfortable queen bed and a new pullout couch, sleeping up to 4 guests. The unique bathroom setup includes a separate toilet room and a shower within a non-working jacuzzi tub. The full kitchen is equipped with ample counter space and a 4-person dining table. Relax in the living room with a Roku TV. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, picnic table, patio chairs, and beach toys.
Shared fire pits are located directly on the beach. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month for potty-trained dogs, preferably under 50 lbs. Please clean up after your pet and keep them leashed in common areas.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Smoking is permitted outside, with proper disposal of waste in ashtrays. No loud music or parties are allowed, and guests should not disturb neighbors. Tampering with security cameras or smart home devices is prohibited. Guests must keep the number of occupants accurate and adhere to occupancy limits. Please follow check-in and check-out times and procedures. Guests are responsible for restocking starter kit supplies as needed. Local guests require prior authorization before booking. A non-refundable damage waiver is included in the total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
