ALL utilities included: electric, gas, trash, water, WIFI/internet. Access to laundry in building. Front terrace is shared area. STREET PARKING ONLY. Walk to many shops, restaurants and cafes. Multiple public transportation options (N, #6,7,24) within a couple of blocks. Offered furnished (preferred) or unfurnished, 1yr lease (preferred, but shorter furnished stay considered at this time). One month security deposit required. Ideal for a quiet professional.
AVAILABLE MAY 8 or later. Note that our ideal tenant for this unit is a single qualified individual, responsible, non-smoker, preferably clean and on the quiet side. We favor tenants who prefer to meet friends outside of home, and rarely entertain more than one at the house.

Here are the pros and cons of this apartment from past feedback:
Cons: Older kitchen cabinets and flooring, no dishwasher. Two flights up, first one outside, second inside the building.
Pros: Top floor with no one above. Old world charm galore. High ceilings with decorative moldings and rosettes, oak wood floors. Open views to the north. Small community of friendly and respectful neighbors. Access to laundry machines in the basement. Fantastic, beautiful, clean, fun neighborhood.
