Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A mandatory Pool Safety Alarm is installed by the door as required by Florida State Law. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with options for a refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate with noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
