Hello! We're looking for a roommate to take over a private, furnished bedroom in the Park View neighborhood for an August 1, 2026 move-in date. The room is located in the basement of a shared house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The room features two closets (one large one regular), a private entrance, and a private bathroom. The room will be partially furnished with a couch, coffee table, bed frame, desk, and chair.
You'll have full access to the furnished common areas, including a kitchen, living room, and dining area. The house has amenities like central air, heating, and high-speed wifi. A washer and dryer are also available in a second-floor laundry closet. Please note there is only street parking available.

The house is centrally located just a 7-minute walk from the Georgia Ave/Petworth Metro Station and 14-minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro Station- minutes from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. A short 2-minute walk to bus stops on the D4X/D40 & D44/D74 bus lines.
