The owner does not have an immediate plan to rent out the back apartment and is reserving it for their own use as they need area accommodations occasionally to attend area events. Although there are no immediate plans to rent the back apartment, they may choose to make it available at some point. The resident of this primary residence, will have full access to the two car garage and the left side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for the occupant of the apartment in the back. The guest that resides here will be responsible for lawn and landscaping care, such as mowing on a weekly basis, bed weeding and mulching, tree trimming, etc. They also will take the garbage out on a weekly basis. Basically, keeping the property clean and free of debris. This listing does not include utilities.
