Pursuant to Colorado law, prospective tenants have the right to provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report, as defined by Colorado law. To be accepted, a PTSR must be dated within the previous 30 days and include the information required under Colorado law. Zillow applications may also be accepted if dated within the past 30 days and if they include the required screening information. Applicant Screening Criteria: Minimum credit score of 600. No evictions, foreclosures, or bankruptcies within the past 5 years. Combined household income must be at least 2x the monthly rent. For this property, the minimum combined monthly income requirement is $4,200. For applicants using a housing voucher, subsidy, or other lawful source of income, income requirements will be applied in accordance with Colorado law and based on the tenant's portion of rent, when applicable.
