No Smoking Policy: The apartment is smoke-free to ensure a healthy living environment for all parties involved. Fully Furnished: The apartment is fully furnished. Owner occupies 1 room with access during limited times throughout the year. Condo Rules: Condominium rules that apply are important, as you should be aware of any specific regulations or guidelines set by the condominium homeowner's association (the "HOA"). Quiet hours and noise rules must be followed. Lease Duration and Flexibility: Offering a 1-year lease term with flexibility for move-in and move-out dates for added convenience. Pro-rated charges may apply. Available: effective immediately Credit and Background Check: We are requiring a credit and background check with references as standard business practice and helps ensure the reliability of the renter. Renter Responsibilities: The renter is responsible for paying for their own renter's insurance policy. Keeping the premises clean and free from damages is essential for maintaining the property's condition. The renter will be responsible for all damages to the apartment, including but not limited to repairing or replacing damaged items, repainting walls if necessary, and restoring the apartment to its original condition. Furthermore, tenants are expected to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state upon vacating the premises. Please note that no wall hangings are permitted that require holes, adhesives, or other damages to be created. Any damages to the walls or floors are the responsibility of the renter and must be corrected upon inspection. Inspections: Walk-through inspections before and after the stay will help document the condition of the property and ensure accountability for any damages.
