First Month's Rent and Deposit Due at Move-In. Taking Applications, Fees $45. Per Applicant Lease Initiation Fee $300. Lease Term - 12 Month Lease Internet and all utilities paid by owner. Liability Insurance is Required Basement Apartment Leases Separately, Private Entry in Back Yard, Parking on RV Pad. No Smoking Allowed on Property Pet Policy - A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in each apartment home. Mature weight may not exceed 100 pounds per pet. A $250 refundable deposit per apartment and $250 nonrefundable fee per pet apply. Monthly pet rent is $30 per pet under 30 pounds, $40 for pets 31 to 49 pounds, and $50 for pets over 50 pounds. An additional $200 deposit will apply for puppies under 1 year old. Please contact the leasing office for additional information including fee amounts, restricted breeds, policies regarding small animals, and animal rules.
