Restricted breeds include Akita, American Bulldog, American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf, or any mix of the listed breeds. Dogs under 12 months old are not accepted. Application Fees: Application fee is $65.00 per applicant. Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited at this property. Renter's Insurance: All tenants are required to provide proof of renter's insurance. The landlord requires that the Tenant obtain their own renter's insurance coverage against all risk to personal harm and property damage. The Tenant's insurance policy must include minimum liability insurance of $300,000 and minimum personal property coverage of $30,000.
