Lease terms

The room is a private bedroom with shared bathroom with someone who is very clean and organized. The room is fully furnished with linen and bed and mattress, ironing board available, coffee maker, TV and Netflix, and office chair and table. Rental lease is month-to-month. Please Park on the left side of the driveway closer to the street so that no one is blocking your car when it is time for you to leave the house and run errands. This private bedroom has a shared bathroom. Please use the refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen for your food and drinks. You can also use the microwave in the kitchen to microwave your meals. Guest has to pick up the key to the main door and their room door after 5 pm but I am also flexible, so please let me know what works for you. The room can be hot sometimes so please open your room window to allow some fresh air into your bedroom so that you are comfortable. Your room door comes with a key so that you can lock your room door both from the inside and outside, and please carry the key with you when you leave for the day to run your errands, and the only time you give me the key is when you check out of the room for good. You can prepare your meals in the house, but you have to provide your own ingredients. You can wash your clothes and dry your clothes in the house, but you have to provide your own detergent and softeners, and etc. There is filtered tap water that you can use to drink if you prefer, but you are welcome to provide your own drinking water. There is coffee maker in the kitchen, but you have to provider your own supplies and ingredients. You can use spoons, knives, forks, plates, cups, and others that are in the kitchen, but please make sure that you wash them when you are done and bring them back to the kitchen so that someone else can use it, please and thank you. Please make sure that you provide your own paper towel, toilet tissue, dish soap, laundry detergent, your ingredient to prepare your meals. I will provide you with clean linens on the first day, but you have to wash them when they are dirty if you are staying for longer days. Please do not punch a hole into the walls, or damage the room or equipment in the room, or the house in general. The rooms in the house may be rented to another guest, so please be courteous to other people. Thank you! There is no smoking/vaping/tobacco use in the house.
