First lease is a 3 month minimum. Rent is $1150/a month. Utilities are $50 a month flat for WiFi, water, & electricity. Security Deposit (refundable) is $1150 House rules. Guests are fine (not overnight), just communicate and be respectful. No smoking in the house. Parking is available in the driveway, but this is a cul-de-sac so there is a lot of parking available. Application Process To maintain a safe and quiet household, all applicants must submit a background check, credit check, and proof of steady income.
