Lease Terms & House Rules A minimum stay of 30 days is required. Lease extensions are available up until August 25, based on availability. Rent is due every 30 days based on your move-in date. For example, if you move in on January 12, 2026, your next payment will be due on February 12, 2026. A late fee of $35 per day will be applied after rent is overdue. If rent remains unpaid after 5 days, tenancy will be subject to termination, which may include removal of belongings and a lock change in accordance with lease terms. No exceptions. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property. A cleaner will service shared spaces and shared bathrooms once per month, and notice will be provided at least 3 days in advance. This is a smoke-free property. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. To maintain privacy and respect for all occupants, no additional or overnight guests are permitted unless approved in advance. No animals or pets are allowed on the property. Any unauthorized animals found on the premises will result in immediate lease termination and required move-out. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. Tenants are expected to coordinate respectfully with one another regarding parking arrangements. For maintenance requests, please contact management directly. We aim to address all issues within 24 72 hours. No subleasing, parties, or events are allowed under any circumstances.
