The open-concept living area is bathed in soft morning light, offering views of the private pool and the calm Reunion community. The home features six themed bedrooms across two levels, providing space and privacy. Downstairs, one bedroom has a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom and a pull-out couch, and another has a Queen bed. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two Twin beds, a third has a King bed, and the last has a Queen bed. With 3.5 bathrooms, getting ready is simple for larger groups. The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the spacious dining area brings everyone together comfortably. This home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Entertainment options include a TV and a dedicated workspace.
Guests can enjoy access to the private pool, hot tub, and gym. Parking is available on the premises for up to two vehicles in the driveway. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available for families. The cost for pool access is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately with at least a week's notice.

The surrounding area offers a wide variety of dining options, attractions, and outdoor activities just beyond the gates, including easy access to Orlando's major theme parks and local points of interest.
Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies for bathrooms and laundry are provided, but not refilled during your stay. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
