Mandatory $350 non-refundable 1-time cleaning fees applied. Animal hair is very difficult to be removed from memory foam mattresses and fabric sofa. A-The very comfortable garage-converted suite has a separate entrance, private bathroom, portable AC in addition to central air from the main house, FULL-size bed, desk, new 40 in flatscreen TV, task chair, closet, dresser, minikitchen with a large sink + countertop, cupboard, microwave, air-fryer, coffee maker, new mini-fridge, and an adjacent single-car parking space for storage or for parking.
B- The master bedroom: has Queens size bed, large flat screen TV, dressers, walk-in closet, private bathroom, patio door opens directly to the pool, serene and wonderful view of the pool and back yard. Blue rug is no longer available as shown in old photos.
C- The larger of the 2 hallway bedrooms, Queens bed, closet, desk, rolling stool, a small rocking chair, 2 lamps, a small dresser, and a small TV.
