School buses stop at subdivision entrance which is a short walk from the house. Tile throughout wet area, hardwood floor in all other areas. The carpet shown in the den has been upgraded to hardwood floor. No carpet is in the house. It has environment friendly 16 seer energy efficient AC system and low flow, high seat Toto Toilets. It is breezy and open with lots of natural light. Free access to the community pool.
