This is a well kept four bedroom three bathroom plus den executive pool home with three car garage on Palmer Ranch.… It is on a quiet street of the Stonebridge subdivision, no through traffic, and backed up against a private reserve. Tile throughout wet area, hardwood floor in all other areas. No carpet is in the house. Environment friendly 16 seer energy efficient AC system was three years new. It is breezy and open with lots of natural light.
It sits within steps of celebrated legacy trail and Coveur House Nature Park. It is located in the A + school district of Ashton Elementary, Sarasota Middle, and Riverview high. Pine View school is a short drive away. School buses stop at subdivision entrance which is a short walk from the house. Free access to the community pool.
Yearly rental, multi year lease preferred. The rent advertised is the starting rent for a three year or more lease (with a yearly rent increase of $100 starting the second year). For a two-year lease the starting rent will be $3190 (with $100 increase on the second year). For a one-year lease the rent will be $3290. All-inclusive professional yard service can be hired at additional $165/month. Professional pool care is included. Washer and dryer are provided but repair of which is a responsibility of tenant. For all other repairs there will be an $150 repair deductible. We take pride in providing a well maintained home at below market rent.
