6 months lease to start off can increase if tenant is good and pays rent on time. Any damage done to the property will be at the expense of tenant. Rent includes heat, electric and water bills. No smoking on property or littering. All loud noise ends at 11pm because of work. No pets allowed. No smoking on premise. No parking in drive way. All of tenants belongings must be inside rented space. Nothing outside or in driveway. Keep walkways empty. Fully remodeled basement with laundry hookups.If interested please contact me as soon as possible. During each month if anything needs to be fixed it will be fixed on the handyman schedule. Not anyone else's disposition or schedule.We will be checking the basement one to two times a month if needed.
