Recently updated condo with new light fixtures through our condo, updated AC unit, freshly painted, and wallpapered bathrooms, as well as coded lock on front door! Very secure building with gated access. The best feature is the sunroom with access from the bedroom and the living room for anyone that smokes cigars or cigarettes, as you're not permitted to smoke on the balconies of this complex. This is a 55 and retirement community with so much to do! We have pickleball and tennis courts, walking path, awesome clubhouse, men's and women's gyms, and so much more! Must see!! We also have tons of fun activities that bring our community together!
