Lease terms

The monthly rent shall be Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00), payable in advance. Rent is due on the first (1st) day of each month. If the Lease begins on a date other than the first day of the month, the first month's rent shall be prorated based on the Lease commencement date. Thereafter, rent shall be be due on the first day of each calendar month. Payments shall be made by a method approved by the Landlord, including ACH transfer, Zelle, certified check, or another mutually agreed-upon payment method. Security Deposit The Tenant shall pay a security deposit of Three Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($3,300.00) prior to taking possession of the premises. The security deposit will be held and administered in accordance with the New Jersey Security Deposit Act. The security deposit may be applied only to unpaid rent, damage beyond ordinary wear and tear, or other lawful charges permitted under New Jersey law. Any remaining balance of the security deposit, together with any itemized statement required by law, will be returned within the time period required by New Jersey law after the Tenant vacates the premises and returns all keys and access devices.
