Small kitchenette - electric kettle, 2 electric burners and an air-fryer (i.e., not a traditional oven). Full bathroom with bath/shower. Queen-sized bed. Couch pulls out to full bed. lBackyard is adjacent to Tivoli Bays w/leaf-speckled view of the mountains. Walking distance to all Tivoli restaurants, C Bus and Bard shuttle. 10 minutes to Red Hook. 5 Minutes to Greig Farm, other local farm stands and Bard College. 18 minutes to Amtrak to NYC. Pet-friendly (if it's a dog it must be a dependably friendly, non-barking dog!). It stays very cool during the summer and warm during the winter. This apartment is beneath an older person so if you need to stay up late listening to loud music or have parties to do your thing - while I fully support this life-style - this would not be the place for you! Perfect for quiet, busy student or couple. Great for a dog or cat owner. No cigarette smoking indoors. The entrance to this space is around the back.
