This is not a typical room-for-rent situation. I am looking for the right people who appreciate living in a clean, comfortable home and will treat the property with the same care they would their own.

The house offers a flexible layout with private bedrooms, additional office/bonus spaces, multiple living areas, a large kitchen, outdoor space, parking and plenty of room to spread out.
The home has just been renovated with new flooring, fresh paint and other improvements.
The intention is to have no more than three housemates, creating a quieter and more comfortable living environment.
This home would be a great fit for working professionals who:
