The other bedroom houses two twin beds with high-quality sheets and bedding, as well as a 38" Roku TV. There is a third unit (with the deck view from the photos) that is an extra room with some games! While it is not a bedroom, you can access it and enjoy the marsh view from the deck! BATHROOM Two bathrooms with a shower, stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. KITCHEN Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, stove, oven, knives, microwave, air fryer, and toaster. LIVING ROOM Use our 50" Roku TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows (you will need to log in to your Netflix/Hulu/Disney+ account) or enjoy a puzzle or board game with the group! OUTDOOR AREA Step outside and enjoy the beach air! If you love games, you'll also be able to play cornhole with friends and family! To minimize salt damage and exposure to environmental conditions, the screen and projector is placed indoors. However, it can be easily set up outside for movie night! LAUNDRY The washer and dryer are located in the shared area between the two units if you'd like to do laundry during your stay. PARKING Free parking is available as there is plenty of space for cars around the house and in the driveway. Book today and let us take care of you in Pawley's Island! You will have exclusive access to the property. Walk through the front door and you'll have a 1BR1BA unit to your left and a 1BR1BA unit to your right with a laundry area in between. There is a third unit (with the deck view from the photos) that is an extra room with some games! You can access this unit through the other door on the porch using the same code. While it is not a bedroom, you are free to enjoy the marsh view from the deck! Check yourself in seamlessly with our Schlage Encode smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in). Free parking is readily available all around the house. Note: You will not have access to the private beach closest to the house; however, there are plenty of public beaches just a quick drive away (7-10 minutes). Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects. However, if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that South Carolina is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, please keep the doors closed. To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minut noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area and a Ring camera (monitoring outdoors only), as no parties or unregistered guests are allowed at Pelican's Perch. The Minut noise monitor only tracks decibel levels in the living room common area. The motion-activated Ring camera is placed on the exterior of the home to the right of the main entrance door and monitors the front yard and deck leading up to the front door. You will also be asked to sign a liability waiver after your booking is confirmed. If the waiver is unsigned before check-in, the reservation will act as confirmation and acceptance of the liability waiver. Moongaze Stays is available throughout your stay if you have any questions or requests. We will check in with you at the beginning of your stay to ensure everything is up to your standards.
