Lease terms

Monthly Rent: $2,295 Lease Term: 12-month lease required. Security Deposit and first month's rent are due at lease signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, internet/Wi-Fi, water, and any other applicable services. No smoking is permitted inside the home, garage, or anywhere on the property. At move-in, tenants will receive house keys, a door access code, a mailbox key, and a community pool fob. Tenants are responsible for replacement costs for any lost keys, mailbox keys, pool fobs, or damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear. The home must be maintained in a clean, safe, and well-kept condition throughout the lease term. Any damages caused by tenants, occupants, or guests are the tenant's responsibility. Early lease termination will result in a lease-break fee equal to one month's rent, in addition to any rent due under the terms of the lease until a new tenant is secured, as permitted by applicable law. Background, credit, income, and rental history verification may be required. This is a well-maintained home in a great neighborhood with access to a community pool. We are seeking responsible tenants who will care for the property and comply with all lease terms.
