Please note that the complex is located next to active train tracks, and trains pass by a few times during both the day and night. A starter supply of paper goods and household necessities is provided, including bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, laundry detergent, shampoo & conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer. Guests are responsible for their own personal toiletries like toothpaste and deodorant. Early bag drop is available by request. Guests must be 18 years of age with the exception of children with their parents. No refunds will be issued for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things outside of our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. Pets are strictly not allowed. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur fees starting at $60. No smoking is permitted. No parties are allowed. Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
