Utilities are not included and will be the responsibility of the tenant. if you would prefer for this home to be not furnished please do let us know and we will accommodate. Is pet friendly.. The owner will pay for , HOA fees. All-sized dogs are allowed as long as they are potty trained :-). No monthly pet fees but we do have a $500 non-refundable pet deposit. Any damage by the pet will be the responsibility of the tenant to fix appropriately. There are no costs associated with parking.
