There is also a bathroom on the main floor.(both shared) It is available May17th. If you are looking for a place near Lewis and Clark College or OHSU this is an ideal location. Good public transportation in a safe neighborhood. Safeway and Fred Meyer are about a mile away.Close to Multnomah Village. Nice older craftsman style home built in 1926. Updated furnace and windows. House: Five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two fridges, washer and dryer, kitchen with cooking essentials, gas stove, no dishwasher. Living room TV with various streaming services. We like to keep a clean house. Cost: $650.00 rent plus bills ($70-$100 each depending on time of year), water bill is every three months (about $100 each). Deposit is $650.00. Renter's insurance required. Neighborhood: Friendly neighborhood close to supermarkets (Fred Meyers, Safeway, Zupans). Easy access to public transpiration and I5, 11 minutes from downtown (without traffic). Very close to Lewis and Clark, OHSU and PSU. Looking For: While we all have independent lives, we are a pretty tight-knit house and are still friends with many of our old roommates. Before the pandemic we had the occasional shared meal, game night, or movie night. So we hope we can find someone to make this place feel like home! A few of us are in school and all of us have jobs so while there are 5 of us currently, it doesn't feel like it since we all have different schedules and are pretty busy! We like to keep the house clean and ensure that we all clean up after ourselves (dishes, bathroom, etc). We're looking for someone who is respectful and doesn't really party. While we all enjoy drinking occasionally and are 420 friendly, many of us have to work early jobs and prefer to keep the house pretty quiet. So being mindful of having guests over late is important to us! That said, we are all very laid back and if you're interested, come over and meet all the roommates and let's get to know you!
