The apartment features high-speed Wi-Fi, two dedicated workspaces, a kitchen island with bar stool seating, a smart TV, and in-unit laundry. Permitted street parking is available directly outside the building on Throop St. Daily parking permits are provided free of charge for up to two weeks, and longer-term permits can be purchased from the city for approximately $120 USD per year. Free non-permit street parking is often available on Huron St within a block of the building. A shared outdoor patio is also available. Discover the best of Chicago with everything within walking distance, including coffee shops, multiple parks, BYOB Mexican, Mediterranean, and Sushi restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, and countless bars and restaurants. Smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, will result in a $150 fine and potential additional fees for remediation. Quiet time is observed after 10pm. Guests are responsible for the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. A rental agreement is required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property.
