Casa Lola Palmas is a 28 night minimum rental . The property is a luxury private home with a fully private oversized backyard pool area and covered outdoor kitchen newly built. This is a pet free and smoke free home . We provide a weekly gardener and pool service paid by owner. The owners pay for water and electricity . If the pool is to be heated it's $2500 per month , we take a deposit towards this. The pool must be heated for 30 days in a row , no weekly heating is available . Cleaning fee is $400 upon check out and require a mid month clean $400 paid for by renters. If weekly clean is needed renters can pay the cleaning crew directly . We require a $70 insurance fee available on Zillow . We provide an EV charger for your electric vehicle .
