Even if it's not accurate once they are on record they are disqualified. -* No Bankruptcies on record -*No Collections on record -*Monthly Income: $4,858.75 To verify income, we will need 3 most recent months of paystubs (12 if paid weekly and 6 if paid bi-weekly) -*2 most recent bank statements that show proof of funds for security deposit (1.5x rent) and first month's rent. ($3,737.50) Please note the tenant pays PSEG water/sewer included, and if approved, renters' insurance is required. (THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS) **All occupants 18+ will need to fill out NTN. If they are not contributing to income, then we will not need the income information from them, but we will still need the NTN completed. *NON-REFUNDABLE $50 application fee, PER APPLICANT.
