This home is located in a perfect nook between UF and downtown, walking distance to either. It is steps from the "Rail Trail" bicycle path that connects cyclists as far east as Payne's Prairie and as far west as UF's Cultural Plaza. The house is tucked on a quiet cul de sac one block from Oak View Park, a couple blocks from cafes and a brewery in the up and coming Oakview neighborhood, and a 5 minute walk to Santa Fe College's downtown campus. The house was built in the 1940s and has an old charm with wood floors and ample windows and light. The house and its rooms are modestly sized, probably best for 2-3 people. The front room and its ensuite bathroom can optionally be closed off to create a separate apartment. I've loved living in this home, but I have moved in with my partner. This house has been great to me and I'm looking for a tenant who will be great to it. I've been temporarily Airbnb'ing part of the house waiting to get it on the summer leasing cycle.
