The kitchen has a vintage gas stove.… The living room and dining rooms are both very large and both rooms have beautiful French windows as do the bedrooms The dining room has French windows that also opens to a small porch. There is natural light in every room. There are hardwood floors through out the apartment and crown molding. The kitchen has a new granite counter top. One of the bedrooms has an air conditioner. The apartment has hardwood floors throughout. This apartment has not been available for the last 5 years.
Melrose Heights is a very popular area and close to many restaurants and is in walking distance to the LaCienega and Melrose bus lines. This is also a secured building in that the front hall is always locked. Please call me to see this gem of an apartment.
