Lease Terms Suncrest Space #120 Rental Term: Preferred lease term is 12 months. Seasonal (8-month) lease may be considered for well-qualified applicants (October May). Lease may be renewable upon mutual agreement. Occupancy Limits: Ideal for 1 2 occupants. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults, consistent with community guidelines.
