Lease terms

-Use the premises for residential purposes only and avoid disturbing other tenants. -Do not use the premises for any unlawful or immoral purposes or create a nuisance. -No criminal activity is allowed on or near the premises by tenants or their guests. -Maintain the premises, including all plumbing fixtures, facilities, and appliances, in a clean and safe condition. -Ensure common areas remain safe and sanitary. -Adhere to all tenant obligations as per building and housing codes. -Properly dispose of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and waste in accordance with local ordinances. -Use all electrical, plumbing, sanitary, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and other facilities and appliances properly and reasonably. -Do not deliberately or negligently damage, deface, or remove any part of the premises, nor allow others to do so. -Be responsible for any damage within the tenant's control, excluding ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by the landlord or third parties. -Pay for all utility services, including water, electricity, sewer, and gas, and ensure continuous service. -Conduct yourself and ensure others on the premises act reasonably and do not disturb other tenants' peaceful enjoyment. -Do not abandon or vacate the premises during the lease term or any renewals/extensions. Abandonment is defined as removing substantially all possessions from the premises. -No smoking of any kind is permitted in any interior portion of the premises, including detached structures. Tenants will bear the cost of any necessary cleaning or repairs due to smoking.
