This home is NOT available until early September! The cost of this rental is significantly below market value because we will be building a DADU in part of the very large back yard starting in October - which means there could be construction noise M - F 8:00 - 4:00. In addition, most of the garage, and half of the driveway will be used for construction. I can text you videos since this home is much more beautiful than the pictures, but we are only showing this home to very interested people who have completed an application (because of our current tenant's privacy needs). This absolutely gorgeous, craftsman style home is updated, a few blocks from downtown Greenwood restaurants and shops, the new Trader Joe's, Green Lake, excellent schools, Greenwood park, and is on the interurban bike trail.
