Lease terms

30 DAY MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED - This condo is fully furnished Owner pays for utilities which includes the following: water, electric, and trash Wifi and HBOMax also included in the monthly rent cost - any additional subscriptions must be purchased by the tenant No smoking (1) assigned parking space included with access to a city pass for an additional vehicle and/or guests Pet policy: Maximum number of pets - 2 - guests must pick up after their pets - guests should provide their own liter box, waste bags, etc. - guests must keep their pet on leash in the neighborhood and parking area around the unit - guests must report any damage of property with a photograph before end of lease - guests should control the barking of their dog Pet fee includes a non-refundable fee of $250 then $15 per month, per pet (if staying longer than 1 month) Walls. Nails longer than one inch in length, or screws of any kind, cannot be used in walls of a Unit. No TVs may be mounted to the wall. No wallpaper, contact paper, or other decorative covering or finish may be applied to the walls. No change will be made to the type or color of the paint within the Unit. No stenciling or decals are permitted. Heavy Items. Tenant must not place any unusually heavy objects on the floor, such as pool tables, waterbeds, etc. No furniture is to be removed from public areas and residential units for purposes other than relocation or moving out. Removal of furniture for other purposes will be considered disorderly conduct or theft and the person or persons responsible may incur charges for replacement, fines or other disciplinary actions. Not Pictured: Newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances (refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, electric stove), as well as freshly painted bedrooms, kitchen, and living area.
