Lease terms

Fully furnished home available with a minimum 6-month lease. Monthly rent includes high-speed internet, electricity, gas, water, and trash service. Utilities are included up to reasonable residential usage levels. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Up to 2 house-trained dogs considered with approval and applicable pet fee. Strictly no smoking or vaping permitted anywhere inside the home, garage, or on the property. Two-car garage and driveway parking included. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front and back yards, including picking up pet waste, removing debris, and keeping outdoor areas neat and orderly. Tenant is responsible for promptly reporting maintenance issues and caring for the home, furnishings, appliances, linens, and household items. Income requirement of 3x monthly rent, minimum 620 credit score preferred, and no prior evictions.
