- We are a smoke-free home, including the front yard. This includes vaping. - Off-street and driveway are available for parking. - We do have a biweekly cleaning service (adds $60 monthly) to clean the common areas (kitchen, living rooms, bathrooms, etc.) to maintain the house cleanliness. - The minimum lease term is 3 months and can be extended month-to-month afterward. - A one-month move-out notice is required. - $100 nonrefundable fees for application and cleaning. - $1000 refundable deposit fees. Bonuses: - The monthly cleaning fees will be waived if you sign at least 6 month lease. - Besides waiving the monthly cleaning fee, a $100 discount will be applied every month if you sign at lease 12 month lease. That's $160 discount every month.
