Lease terms

* No smoking or vaping inside the home or on the property. * Up to three (3) pets permitted with prior landlord approval. Pet deposit and/or applicable pet rent may apply. * Tenant is responsible for all utilities associated with the property. * Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and sanitary condition. * No unauthorized occupants or pets. * No subletting or short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) without written landlord approval. * Tenant must comply with applicable HOA/community rules. * Security deposit required prior to occupancy. * Rent is due monthly in accordance with the lease agreement. * Property may not be used for illegal activity or commercial/business purposes that create excessive traffic, noise, or disturbance. * Tenant is responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear. * All applicants are subject to the landlord's established screening criteria and applicable Oregon landlord-tenant and fair housing laws. Additional terms and conditions will be provided in the rental agreement.
