Lease terms

Minimum stay 30 days. Rental rates range depending on length of stay. Rates can range from $26K-85K depending on month of rental. Currently 26K for annual lease, If staying less than 6 months rental rate will increase and just include utilities. If staying longer than 6 months utilities may be changed to renters name or will be added to monthly lease for the actual bill. This is a high end luxury home and is technology based and some instruction will be necessary in the beginning. We have and AV team available to assist and initial instruction is included in the rent. Additional instruction is available upon request.
