Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share house.
Hardwood floors throughout. House has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and just under 2000 sq/ft with renovated kitchen and bathrooms and large wall of windows looking out over back yard.
Currently there are 3 people living in the house (two sisters in their mid 20s and one guy friend). The 2 ladies are looking for one more female to rent a room and share a bathroom (primary bedroom and bath is already rented). Pet-friendly home.
Everyone has different schedules and are not home all the time. Living/dining areas are furnished already. New tenant would just need their bedroom furniture.
$1000 per month for rent plus around $100 a month for shared utilities (TV & internet included).
Room is available for immediate move-in.
