Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Propane for the BBQ grill is provided by the guests, and guests should plan accordingly as propane may not be in the tank upon arrival. Failure to properly bag and dispose of trash could result in fines up to $300. Guests are asked to report damages immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules. Self check-in with a smart lock is available.
