NOTE: ceiling is 6'5", yet architectural beams range in HEIGHT FROM 5'9" to 6'3. Quiet street with easy street parking, friendly neighbors, near bike and walking trails, Diva Espresso, PCC, and only a few blocks to transportation lines. Share the house with upstairs friendly neighbor (me!), and my 25lb pup. Dogs 35lb or under may be Ok with additional rent, fee, and deposit. (Must get along with my dog. Dogs may fit under fence, and cannot be left off leash in yard due to garden.) No smoking on premises. Please note that not all rental laws apply to those sharing a home with the owner. For instance, we share a water heater/ electric panel. If a breaker is thrown, access to your unit is possible without waiting the usual 24 hours for permission, but will reach out first! Let's enjoy life in this well-located, modernized home.
